The Vertical catheter braiding machinery are mainly applied in the medical industry, ultra-fine wire harness industry, en-gineering research, etc.It includes: braiding machine, traction, the lubrication system,and the electrical control system. Themachine is driven by servo motor and equipped with HMI in English & Chinese language. These braiding machines are ap-plied for the braiding of various catheter or enhanced layer of sheath for Intravascular or human nature cavity, such as intra-cranial nerve micro-catheter, intermediate access catheter, angiography catheter, guide catheter, disposable endoscopecatheter, etc. It can be braiding different density segments to achieve the ideal performance of pushing,twisting and con-trolling, distal compliance. It can braid catheter or sheath from 1.5F to 27F.Other braided sizes can be customized.
